Please forward this invoice to the appropriate party for payment. Payment terms are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Production will not begin until payment and artwork approval are received. A 1% late fee may be applied monthly to invoices 30 days past due. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the rights or permission to use any submitted artwork. Kentucky Straight Apparel & Co. is not responsible for unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun. If there is an issue with your order due to a production error, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will review and resolve any issues caused by defects or errors on our part. We are not responsible for errors in artwork, spelling, sizing, or design once customer approval has been given.

Delivery Policy

Production typically takes 7–10 business days after artwork approval and payment are received. Larger orders or specialty items may require additional time. Shipping time is separate from production time. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Local pickup is available when your order is complete.
